ABOUT
The Congo Basin Rainforest is one of the most important forests to protect when combatting climate change. The project covers over 300,000 hectares of bonobo and elephant habitat within one of the world’s largest rainforests. The project helps preserve critical forest areas and biodiversity by investing in local communities, which are extremely underserved. This includes building and renovating schools, providing access to health care, supporting food security and nutrition, and providing capacity-building activities that empower local communities.
